The CD on Killer Instinct seems needlessly long for what you get.

110/90/70 seconds, the same as , but I really just don't think it's the kind of spell that should have such a long CD.

• It doesn't deal damage.
• It doesn't apply any CC.
• It requires vision of your target.
• It can only target champions, so you can't escape with it unless your target is hugging a wall.

This ult is a versatile repositioning skill with a decent shield attached. 30 seconds is reasonable for such a spell.
