Premades ruin one-for-all for non premades in champ select

I know it is a fun game mode, and it isn't taken seriously, or as serious as other queues. But all it takes is a premade duo to determine the champion your team takes. Could each player be made to have to pick a unique champ? Or maybe each vote is put into a randomizer and selected so everyone has a chance at least to potentially play their selection? I just feel that not ever playing my pick because a premade kinda ruins the fun of the game mode. I am fine if the full team agrees with another champion than mine, but when a duo constantly picks the champ for the other 3 solos to play, it gets old fast.
