Bring back DFG?

I feel like there really should be another ap damage amp item. MR getting buffed and tanks can stack hp against mages. Mana pots gone and they have to waveclear a bunch with spells and go oom. Adcs like Quinn being picked mid have essence reaver to open up their build path and harass with autos as well as lifesteal. Item costs increased for AP. Resourceless mid champs also being played now. Ap champs just need something to get back into the meta. They either need to revert some of these changes or at least bring in a healthier dfg.
