New Champions in ranked

New Champions should have a ban period in ranked after they come out. It's just not fun to play with people who are complete first timing a champion in ranked, and there's always a call to ban the new champ when they first come out. 1). Because the champ might be over powered or people might not know how to deal with it yet. 2). Because you also don't want to have someone first timing a champion that may or may not be good on your team.

I think that there should be a two day ban period, where new champions are globally banned in ranked for two days after release. If people really want to play them then they can take it to normals, and then when people take it to ranked they will have at least presumably played it a little bit. And people will have better general understanding of the champion.
