Trolls

Doesn't anyone else think that its dumb how that when there is a troll on your team you are the one that gets punished for dodging because you don't want to waste up to 40 mins with an ass or a troll. I just think there should be a better way to moderate that kind of thing. Like if 4 out of 5 players want to they can do like a surrender type thing in champ select just so they don't have to dodge and get a penalty.
