yet they refuse to revert at least one of the nerfs to compensate.

Yet, Lee Sin, for one or two patches where he wasn't picked or banned, they decided to give his ultimate a 15/18/21% bonus health scaling on enemies hit by knocked target AND more energy regen on the first strike of his passive.

Like, he totally fucking needed buffs amirite? Just because he wasn't picked or banned (NOT TRASH, NOT UNPOPULAR, JUST NOT PICKED OR BANNED ROFL)
