Not saying Twisted Fate needs reworked but...

Never see the dude get played and tons of the usual champs in the game counter him. He is extremely boring to play and his pick a card does not help this, if anything gold card randomly can gain a 2 second cooldown thanks to the stupid mechanic. For some reason he has just the lowest base damage with no built in on hit until his e and then that's only every forth auto, that with his potentially delayed blue card and high mana cost q this champ is really hard to farm with efficiently, for me at least vs when I play anything else. I kid you not when I was hitting minions with autos I couldn't even tell when the auto hit, its like a bard auto but no meep kamikazes after. Thank god for his passive canceling it out I guess but that just effectively means he doesn't have a passive. Really wanna enjoy TF's teleport but the rest of him is just so yuck.
