Ghostblade is busted

Look, I am a kha'zix player, and I build this shit every single fckin game because.... It's broken. And when I play yi... i build this real often when I'm not playing some cheesy bruiser pssy garbage.

Why? Because this item is busted. Even without it's active I'd still build it on kha'zix because.... It's nearly 94% gold efficient and gives me an active that allows me to assassinate faster and take towers. But really, 20 armor penetration is simply ridiculously strong. And it comes with an awesome 10% CDR.

This item needs a serious look at it, even ranged adcs are building it now.
