LP should be rewarded even if you lose if you preformed well
if you get an A or above you should get + LP
tbh this could fix all the complaints about ranked

But then this would defeat the purpose of it being a team game and everyone will just aim to do good and not try to help others who aren't doing as well.

it's easier to fix a problem from the root instead of the leaves
