Tilt question

So since the beginning of the season, I have grinded from Bronze 1 to Silver 2. I have finished the last 2 seasons at Gold 5 after much effort. Now I understand tilt and how you can get in a bad groove for a bit. But after a long streak of average loss to win ratios, I have been on an absurdly long losing streak mainly at the hands of afking adcs. I tend to be the only person on my team that actually goes positive accompanied by massive feeders which only adds to the frustration. What's worse, is I have managed to relegate down 2 full divisions with only 1 ranked win inbetween. Anyone have any advice or just want to share their frustration about how Riot still hasn't implemented some method to counter LP loss due to the hands of afking or flaming rage quitters?
