If Someone pick a champion in champion select but doesn't reconnect make the queue DODGE PLEASE!

Seriously? I have lost alot of match because the queue is still ongoing even if the person is not even there. And when we get into game we have an unwanted Afker. If someone disconnect after picking a champion there is a big chance that, that person won't be back. I don't think anyone wants to reconnect after losing a crucial early game that decides the tides of the battle.
