Contrast improvements for poor eyesight

Was wondering if riot would be able to improve the visibility of the champion leevel # on their floating health bars by:

1.Making them scale bigger (using a 4k monitor) 2. making them higher contrast, the colorblind mode helps a little bit but something even clearer would be nice.

similar problem with the minimap, could we make the champion icons larger or create an option, because it's almost impossible for me (genetic eye condition) to see what champion portrait is popping up on the minimap.

as for 4k screens in general could we just allow for greater scaling? all the options stop at 100 and it would be better with 150% or perhaps more... but there's no way to properly scale the icon on the map.
