How to change language in Chineese client?

Hello! Recently i moved to China to stydying. Previously i was playing at EUNE, and obviously i have a huge ping with this server. Random guy in the Gaming Club helped me to register a qq account and join Tencent server. I sownloaded a client and... theres no English or any other languages except for chineese. I tried to change zh_CH to en_GB, but nothing happend. File refreshed as soon as i restart the client. So... is there a way to change language to English in chineese client?
