What needs to be done to bring attention to how absolute shit normal matchmaking is?

It really feels like no steps are being taken to improve this.

Most games are so completely one sided in terms of skill that it isn't even suitable for practice, because every game is a FF15 due to one side being completely stacked. It's obvious that the system largely ignores MMR in favor of starting a game as quickly as possible, which drops the match quality into the dumpster.

One of the level 20s and the Gold player are duo'd, but the other level 20 player isn't even duo'd with anyone. It just threw them into this game because why the fuck not?

If for some reason the system can't be fixed, I'd at least like to be alerted that a good match can't be found, so I can opt to go spend my time doing something other than sitting through a 15 minute one sided stomp.

What needs to be done to bring attention to this? This has been a long standing problem, yet it's not receiving any changes, for some reason.
