Where did the option for Ranked 3v3 go?

I don't have the option to ranked 3v3s? Does anyone know what happened? It hasn't been available to me for a very long time, but my friend was able to host the games yesterday for the team (my option on my client to host a game for ranked 3v3 was still unavailable) and just this morning he said his button wasn't there anymore.

Please help.
