this is gonna sound stupid for some but can we

make it so jayce cant stand in my wave level 1-2 without taking harass from minions much less lose 20 hp for aaing me 3 times ?

can we give minions a better form of damage vs ranged poke?

since riot wont buff dorans shield we could atleast have a form of getting level 2-3 without being zoned off that early.
