The Ryze rework is potentially broken?
So someone built 6 
on ryze today playing againts bots for a total of 12000 mana and 800 ap. Now I know no one will ever realistically get this in a normal game, but the video shows how op Ryze becomes the more mana/ap he gets. And the way his E works, it doubles the damage on his Q, so it becomes broken really quick.
IDK, it feels like once player begin to understand his kit, it will be abused again and we will see another Ryze rework next year.
