Your Shop

So, It's known that Your Shop kind of takes the champs you've been playing over the last few months, and those you might like and all. Problem is, it also apparently lowers the chance of a certain champ if you own a lot of their skins. Current problem, I own a lot of skins on Ezreal, all of them except the unavaiable ones + ace of spades. I really really really love Nottingham and Explorer and would sell a liver (well not a liver) to get them and the only way is hextech and ypur shop. How many skins do i have to own before the game just doesnt give me discounts on him anymore? Can that even happen? He's really heavily in my match history throughout the whole year, it can't not give a discount on him if he's that important, right? Right?
