Disabling Taskbar blink on receiving message?

I play in windowed mode. Whenever I get a msg, my client blinks on the taskbar, making my game lose focus, causing my mouse to no longer be restricted to the game, and also makes my game lag.

It has gotten me killed multiple times just from someone msging 'hi' to me, and it is incredibly infuriating to lose a lane because someone messages 'hi'.

How do you disable the taskbar blinking on receiving a message? This was only a problem since I upgraded the client. Also, I can't find a way to turn off the language filter in game either.

I constantly get a bunch of ****'s instead of a message
