Lets add all the multiplicative healing and shielding stats and let
go under the radar because when those items got those changes. they were not very meta. when those are meta. highest 3 playrates and winrates for supports in Solo queue. and they are seeing some professional play
there is 0 balance feedback from riot or meddler on this. and there is 0 nerfs on the pbe to the fact that janna soraka and sona can build very tanky while still outputting heal because of how much multiplicative stats they get on their base stats
they need nerfing of their base healing and shielding and buffing to their ratios to counterbalance the mess those items added. you can get some near ~50% increased healing and shielding. from masteries and ONE Item you can get ~35% healing and shielding increase.
I don't know much about this world but the current numbers across the board would say that those champions needs some serious toning down. ok?
those champions were all well above normal playrates and winrates. before we introduced heal + shield power. which was unnecessary.
