Tahm kench speed should decrease as time goes by instead of constant.

When tahm kench eats a champion its speed is increased momentarily for sometime, but this increase in speed should be decreased with time instead of being constant. Tahm kench gets excited when he eats his champion but he cant handle heavy weight for long time :D
