Ranked games beyond BS, Ranked game this season is the worst

Matchmaking is at it worst this season, people who suppose to be in the elo of Iron and Bronze somehow magically sitting in low gold and somehow they on losing streak of 7 games atleast with shit KDA of 0-7+ atleast without getting banned or demoted really.
