Will Soraka get reworked or are you happy with her kit ?

I don't even know how many nerfs she got this season and she's getting one again next patch with grievous wounds change too. I know she has a 30%+ ban rate and it's understandable why. I think she needs another rework because of her heal. 1 second heal later on is just not healthy for a champion to have. She has big costs for it but that's why she has a certain playstyle. Or I'm still just nostalgic for the old Soraka, but I think her W could be looked at/changed again. Not just nerfs until unplayable state.
