Have the Rune Stats available outside the rune page

In the upcoming changes to runes, you're going to be able to choose what extra stats you get.

I think it would be a lot better if you could change those stats from the main screen rather than the rune page screen. While the runes you pick generally won't change, the defensive stat or offensive stat you choose probably will (for example, a midlaner would get MR when going against a mage, but armor when going against an assassin).

It would make it easier if those bonus stats were located outside the rune page screen so they could be easily adjusted for the game you are in.
