Please find a better way to balance low level queues

So I've been working on a low level account which has been pretty fun. However I keep getting queued into games like this:

I understand that there should be no limitations in normal mode with who you can queue with (especially now that there is limits on queuing together in ranked) but at the very least, could you at least balance the games? I think it is only fair that if a Diamond player wants to queue with a leveling friend that they should be put against a very similar queue. They'll have a stupidly long queue, for sure, but that's much better than being put against an all low level team and just roflstomping them. I've had two games in a row now that have put me against diamond players and it's more toxic to my league experience than ragers and feeders (although it tends to lead to both of those things too..).

Thoughts?

A smurf is complaining about playing against players that are far better than them in their games.

Now you know how all the other people who get matched against you and are legitimately new feel.

"but that's much better than being put against an all low level team and just roflstomping them" oh so you mean like what you're doing with your smurf? Before level 30 you have 143 wins which means your MMR is far above your levels and matchmaking knows this.

In my opinion you deserve to go against a diamond every single game so you know how the new players you're stomping feel.

Well would you rather have a game to play or just sit in queue doing nothing since you can't play against people in your "level". If you REALLY want to play against people your level go play ranked. It is slightly a problem, but I'd rather get better and be able to play then just sit in queue not doing anything.
