How do i get to play.

I Get leave Buster for relging because my game didnt have any sound. and i was using tryndamere and i need sound for ult. why do i have to suffer leave buster. when i relog to fix lagging with 300+ ping and sound issues. that werent fixed in match until it ended i got sound and a leave buster penalty of 5 games. i do not think thats fair. cause if the game didnt have issues i wouldnt have relog.
