game unplayable

Im a casual league player and recently (after the honor patch) my in game is extremely buggy, with frames flashing over screens and flashing white. It seems to be just the HUD but its extremely off putting and gives me a headache to look at. Has anyone else experienced this? What can i do to try and fix this?

I use a Lenovo laptop that can league run pretty well at 60/90 fps
