So how long does AFK buster last?

My computer decided to start running a anti virus scan, this caused my computer to lagged out so much that i ended up causing a remake for my team. I have since ended up with an AFK buster. So how long does this thing last? Like i know it was shitty that they had to do a remake, but how long am i going to have to deal with these insane queue times?

To be clear i am willing to take the punishment, just curious if this is "play X number of games without AFK'ing" or more of a "this in effect for X number of days, regardless if you play or not"
