Does Crafting Stack

Hi,

I want to know if Crafting stacks up. For example, if I re-roll a skin and get a permanent skin I don't like, and I do that 3 times leaving me with 3 permanent skins I don't like. Can I re-roll those 3 permanent skins to get something even more valuable (a value of 9 skins?)
