Locking In

I am writing to see If anyone else is finding the new "lock in" to cause them a lot of dodges. I'm in bronze and it feels like literally 50%+ of my games get dodged bc people either forget to lock in or love to troll others and waste their time. I find it a real bane to my solo queue experience, and would really love if Riot would please change it so we didn't have to lock in, like the old format before the dynamic queue update.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this isssue and what any rioters or the communities thoughts are.
