5 games in a row trolled by ADC

It's like every game I get a silver bordered ADC that absolutely refuses to autoattack towers, and they're playing an early game lane bullly.

Or they back after an ace, enemy has 20 seconds left on respawn and I don't even know wtf they're doing. I know for a fact that backing after an ace is the signature mark of a silver, they play like silver, and they have the silver border. So why are they ruining low plat games with their boosted shit instead of staying in their little dynamic queue premade? Don't they realize they'll just have to boost again after they drop?
