Micro-bans

We're pretty familiar with micro-transactions. Skins, chromas, emojis - these are all micro-transactions. The game is free, certain amenities are not.

Why not do the same thing with bans? If only because it allows us to clean up ranked with a lot more through scrubbing of the ladder while also allowing people to play while under review. In other words, everything that's a ban now is still a ban. But suspect play - like the now infamous Support Smite Singed - would be banned from ranks. This is a more accurate reflection of what's going on.

Ok, we think this person is trying to ruin everyone's else gaming experience, but we aren't sure. So for the time being, let's remove their ability to ruin the experience long-term until we have some more certainty than we do now.
