Low Priority Queue Issues (WARNING: Long vent)

So I don’t dodge any of my games nor do I rarely AFK. BUT, I constantly get placed in 5 games of 20 minutes low priority queue for one reason: my computer won’t load fast enough into the game. Consequently, I end up being placed in low priority queue for something I have absolutely no control over. I don’t have any other games running in the backwards either. I have always enjoyed playing LoL, but it is sad to think that, that enjoyment might come to an end because of this issue. I’m extremely frustrated because this is not the first time this has happened. I hope there was a way for Riot’s systems to be able to detect reasons for “AFK”. If you can, please clear my low priority queue games, because this is absolutely infuriating. Thanks.
