Please Remove the silence from Fiddle

I've played against him a couple times mid this week and discovered hardly any counter play. Aside form his ult damage being absurd, he does not need 2 hard cc abilities. Especially the best 2 in the game. I tried taking clense to try to counter him and play safe, it did not work because he'd just wait till I clensed for his 2nd cc ability. There is literally nothing stopping him from ulting over a wall and killing you in 2 seconds and you can't do a god damn thing about it.
