Please Nerf Riven's E

Personally to me. Rivens generally dominate top lane. It's hard to kill them due to their shield that is based off 100% AD. Giving her a good sustain in lane. Often times you can almost kill her and she just happens to have her shield back up again. Sometimes you would almost kill her but she just happens to level up and get her ult. Her shield makes it hard to kill. Her only counter to me is probably Fiora. But otherwise Rivens can easily cc top lane champions. Create shields to avoid damage. I'm fine with her cc move (W) considering it's possible to avoid but her E is kind of strong. When you face a fed riven with like 200 AD, she can create a shield with 200 AD plus the base shield stat. Causing it to be like 250 with her shield.
