Weird Trend in Frozen-Wasteland Elo

It is not my intention to waste your time, but I seem to have noticed a strange and seemingly unreasonable trend appearing in the lower elos. You see, for my past few game, I played with instalocking feeders. Now, don't get me wrong, this is common, but during my gray-screens I checked their op.gg's and I found some very strange patterns. It turns out, they go into normal games and feed, and feed, and feed, always with free rotation champions. They then proceed to play intro bot-games and feed there, also. Of course, as they were intro bot-games, the bots lose indefinitely. This is becoming really irritating for me and my fellow bronze(s). However, I have no idea what the flying fuck is going on, and again it just pisses me off to the max. I can't be sure whether this is just a coincidence or a strange elo-dropping method, but I'd appreciate your assistance- I'm too lazy to investigate.
