CDR is good but...

I love all CDR be able to use my skills more and more... is so fucking nice.................. but just remove it, I mean Keep on itens and remove all this CDR from the runes especially from ULT (THE MOST POWERFUL SKILL OF THE CHAMPION... in theory). I mean, people cannot just press the bottom and basically no window to punish if they miss.

The skills, spells suppose to be something that you use in a smart way to win the game and not just use and "whatever I will have back soon", especially dmg champions that suppose to explode in one try and the opposite suppose to be the support with good defense to protect the team.

The tank protects the front from atks coming from far, the split breaks the enemy comp... and the best chess move win the game.

Now do your job and balance that shit, is not hard.

Is not to create a meta champion (I love the chaos in the champion select), it is to make a good game.
