TO MUCH DMG,ADC USELESS ..... go to PBE buff adc damage... 4Head

I am not playing but I still have hope and I just saw this on PBE and is ridiculous ......... more DMG to ADC ... yes riot, this is what the game needs kkkkkkkk.

I will not say anything about the buff on fizz ( I really like the fun part of the fizz, I hate the IK)
