Lvl 6+7 tokens (not a rage post)

So, I know some of us have the capability of getting the lvl 6+7 tokens on champions we don't neccesarily want to get mastery in (for example, I have several blitz tokens). So I was wondering if riot could implement something that we could recycle them into, to get them out of our inventories. I was thinking blue essence, since that is what is needed to make them real mastery levels, if you know what I mean, but anything could work. I could see it being turned into ip, as a reward for doing well as the champion. What do you all think?
