Colorblind Mode on Bloodmoon Yasuo Is Ineffective on Twisted Treeline

My brother is colorblind and doesn't want to make a big deal out of this, but he went against a Bloodmoon Yasuo on TT and he literally couldn't see the tornado particles at all. The "darker wind particles" (which are the only part of Bloodmoon Yas' tornado he can see normally) blend into the background on TT so effectively that to him, it was an invisible effect. For reference, I was watching him play and I could see it perfectly. I have a hard time believing that he's the only one with bad enough colorblindness to have this particular problem, but I can't seem to find anything on the boards already.
