How do I get out of this hole

To start this off I will say I'm not a perfect player I have my bad games and do poorly but I really shouldn't need to try this hard. https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Chef+pouyan OK so I've been playing this game for a while now and I have seen consistent improvement throughout the time I have played and usually try to focus on playing my own game but recently no matter how hard I try I am hard stuck p5. Half the games I play I am forced to either hyper carry one or two idiots just to barely win and the other half one side of the map just fails so hard it becomes impossible to win I am an adc main(fuck me ad2k17) but I have good kdas decent farm and usually pretty good positioning but it feels like no matter how fed I get if even one player on the enemy team gets strong the entire game is over I have no idea how to make comebacks and win anymore unless everyone on my team goes even or wins lane
