Changing the queue only in high elo is a mistake.

Where are the LCS contenders and serious 5v5 teams going to practice? Customs?
-
So Riot essentially is telling us: form as big of a premade as possible... but don't climb too high with it. Instead, disband after you get diamond.
-
So how does this work for a d5 queued with a p1?

There is recognition that dynamic queue is fundamentally flawed. If something requires tons of exceptions and changes (sort of like in the Middle Ages how people used epicycles to explain planetary motion) it's probably not the way to go. A system that has an artificial separation between high elo and low elo in any way other than pure skill and rewards is flawed.

The issue of ranked integrity is STILL unsolved in both high and low elo.
I would prefer solo queue only, but if it has to be dynamic queue, then everyone should be in the same dynamic queue and any improvements should apply to everyone. The more separations there are, the more exceptions there are, the lower ranked integrity is. Nobody knows what rank means anymore.
I strongly prefer if only 1/2/3/5 were allowed, no 4's, and people who queue solo get a solo MMR recognition.
