Balance in league

Well the good news are that i found graves' cigar,Riot's balance team took and they are high AF not noticing tank are MORE TOXIC THAN TEEMO. As many of you might have seen,tanks,tanks everywhere.Tank fizz,tank ekko etc.I mean any champion witch builds tanky items is going to one shot the enemy adc and still live with full hp to kill the rest of the team. So my conclusion? Stop nefring anything else than tanks and tank items. You did a good job in the pre season when the tanks where kinda useless and it was one the most balanced periods league has seen. So give graves' cigar back and do the best thing u can do.
