Tahm Kench Passive Debuff Needs A Timer!!!!

Does anyone else get super aggravated about this when you're facing against him? I found this especially annoying in lane when I get 2 stacks on me and I just have to wait until the stacks wear off but I can't tell how much longer they are gonna stay.
