Diana problem fixed

So there is a problem: Diana is trashy vs the Veil. It is just strong vs her burst. And she cant deal enough damage to tanks.

I have a solution to this problem! On her E, you can add extra damage on hit during 1'5 to 3 seconds. She can be this attack speed mage you wanted to build, and she will be better on jungle.

My final idea is to give from 15% to 25% extra damage on hit as hybrid damage during 1,5 to 3 seconds. And reduce the speed of the W rotation. Also reduce base Armor.

So...What do we have with this change. First of all she scales better into lategame, and she will be able to be builded adspeed and apspeed. Also pure ap, but maybe with this changes there should come a downgrade on w speed, so it is just a DPS mage instead of a burst mage with DPS.

In a competitive enviroment it will be on toplane at the same level as gragas is, with a better scale and less ressistance, so she cant trade this easy. In competitive midlane she will remind as a patience burst champ, but with a high end on teamfights, so she just doesnt ult and zhonyas. She needs to be able to dps after it at least 2 aa.

Finally, and i think its a fantastic idea to make diana an AP DPS AS mage, lets make her shield scale with less AP but with ATTACK SPEED.

Yea, i know, she will end in toplane as a splitpush in competitive or in some soloQ, but it will be more viable as an AP aswell. We just making a win/win
