When are you going to make ranks mean something?

Dynamic queue makes ranked a joke. Half the diamond players lane like golds (and were gold in previous seasons) and their only strategy is to sit back and wait for camp with thier dynamic premade. Not to mention the matchmaking is a complete joke where one team can have only solos and duos while other team can have quad/premade 5. Fortunately for these gold players snowballing with a 1 kill advantage in lane is braindead (especially when they play a broken champion that can never get punished no matter how many mistakes they make) and ending the game after a small early game advantage doesn't take any skills when turrets are like butter and dying in a single team fight at 20 minutes ends the game.
