I never get my primary.

I put jungle primary, top secondary now, because I stopped putting support secondary due to being support 90% of the time and because top is a more popular role than jungle.

I have gotten top 9/10 times in my past 10 games.

Now I put jungle as secondary and top as primary. I get jungle. WTF?

How is this even calculated?
