stabs first unit hit with his blade applying all on hit effects and applying dmg to unit behind for the next 3 seconds aatrox drains health from the enemy and heals himself during the duration if the unit is killed the cool down is reset this gives aatrox a more interesting game play update can be used to heal escape in lane and for ganking
