Bot is too easily ganked with weak towers and the roaming laners have a low opportunity cost (Video)

As you see in this video, the Ahri shoves in mid, then roams through the red jungle and uses a jg plant to avoid being spotted in the tri-bush.

The mid/ jungle did not ward the red jungle- something I always do personally when I am in those roles, but as ADC I simply cannot ward there during the laning phase.

The Veigar opts to sit in lane and after a time sends a missing ping, but does not roam bot to counter-gank.

The Ahri is now behind the tower with an ult advantage since she levels faster than bot.

As MF i'm playing close to the tower to try to dissuade ganks and give my team an incentive to gank the opposing adc.

Despite us being very close to tower, Ahri ganks anyway and successfully swings the lane in her adc's favor. There's nothing my support and I can do other than hug the turret. Squishy ahri still makes it out alive due to the garbage early game tower damage. Veigar as an ap mid cannot punish ahri for abandoning her lane because he lacks tower damage.

The boards continue to moan about every adc being op, when it's really just a select handful of them. Meanwhile, i'm facing ridiculous amounts of ganking every game and feel unable to fairly influence my lane as a result.

So you tell me: What options against roaming lanes does the ADC have with weak towers, low opportunity cost ganks and jg plants allowing evasion of typical ward spots?
