I think ADCs are in a pretty good spot in terms of diversity

I think Riot is actually doing pretty well with ADCs as a whole, as a large chunk of them seem viable right now and pretty balanced.

Ashe Caitlyn Draven Ezreal Jhin Jinx KogMaw Lucian MissFortune Sivir Tristana Twitch Vayne

All of these champions seem pretty strong in their own right, and an ADC main seems to be able to pick the champion that best fits their comp and still have a viable champion to work with. Now I am not talking in terms of pickrate, obviously some of these pickrates will be much higher than others (Lucian over draven for example). I am just saying that you are not putting yourself at a disadvantage by picking any of these ADCs which is a good thing.

Yes and no. They're each very unique now, but their build path is shitty. Yeah, you're seeing a lot of flex picks because of each carry having a distinct niche, but the fact that Lucian is rushing Black Cleaver as a first item and Miss Fortune is rushing Duskblade should be major red flags.

Kog takes no skill to play now. He used to be more than: press W and hope they don't have stacked MR, so you can melt them in 2 seconds.

ADC options atm are Lucian and Ezreal . Pick anything else and they will get stomped by the those two. Late game ADCs wont make it to late game and there are no early or mid game adcs who beat those two.
